Earlier this month, I attended the Dessert Professional Magazine Top Ten PastryChefs in America tasting event, held at Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). It was a gorgeous event, and all of the pastries were so beautiful to look at and taste. It truly is an artform! Check out the winners below, and some of my favorite shots from the event.
