This year the tables were arranged by the theme of “Around the World” and I think it worked very well for the event. This year’s New York Taste had a well curated selection of local restaurants all complimented by wines paired by Côtes du Rhône. Here’s my take on the custom truffles featured at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center’s “Decadent Chocolate and Sinful Cheese with Pastry Chef Colleen Riley” last weekend. I was excited to attend this tasting; which incorporated wine, cheese, and chocolate! Photos below:
