Just got back from the first night of Chocolate & I!   This being my second Fancy Food Show, I learned from last year and started from the lower floor where there were more sweets and less chance of being distracted by all the (seemingly thousands of) different types of cheeses and olives on the third floor. Now that’s what I call a real cheese cake!

For those who observe Passover, kosher for Passover candy can bring a lot of fond memories. Raspberry jelly rings, macaroons, fruit slices, that Barton’s chocolate you were encouraged to sell to your elders every year (just like girl scout cookies!).
