One thing was clear the moment we arrived in Amsterdam – pancakes are king! Above is a shot of the Masai (mixed vegetable and cheese) pancake at the famed Pancake Bakery. They have more than 75 types of pancakes and omelets.

I got my wish and returned to France for the Angoulême comics festival again this year. I also got to spend a few days in Paris! Enjoy this delicious photo parade!
