Luxee Fall Party report
So I had an amazing time at the Luxee party!
I highly recommend people attend their seasonal tasting parties. For just $15 guests got 5 amazing gourmet desserts per person, tea, macarons to take home, and we got to see Chef Yoshie Shirakawa do a sugar sculpture demo. So cool! The featured seasonal desserts were their Caramel Apple (Oh my god so good! I already illustrated this one here), “Trick or Treat” ( a vegan parfait with praline, pumpkin, and squash, I love all of these flavors so this bowled me over too), and “Mont Blanc Reconstructed” (the best Mont Blanc I’ve had since they flavored the chestnut creme with brandy making it superb). You can see them pictured above. Also, the sugar sculpture demo was cool and we got to do some Q and A with the chef as well. I asked if it was hard for her to watch people eat her creations after all of her hard work but she said it was fun. It’s certainly fun to eat them ^_^
