chocwonder.jpgI had a blast at the preview night and fashion show which opened this year’s Chocolate Show. To my delight, the theme was superheroes and I managed to get some shots of the yummy fashions!Interpretations of Wonder Woman, Bat Girl, Poison Ivy, Laura Croft, Xena, Barbarella, Iron Man, and more (including original heroes) strutted down the catwalk and all were great! Sorry for the blurry pics but I was not in a prime photo spot. Here are some of the best shots I got…chocbarb.jpgBarbarella!chocbatgirl.jpgBatgirl!chocdarkp.jpgDark Phoenix!chocironman.jpgIron Man!chocvalc.jpgA Volcano Goddess! ( I think she looks like an awesome Maurice Vellekoop drawing)chocxena.jpgXena! Also, there were some excellent heroic chocolate sculptures by students of the French Culinary Institute, Astro Boy is so cute I could eat him up!chocastro.jpgPlus I have a soft spot for these ones…chocppg.jpgGo, girls, go!chocspiderm.jpgRemember, Amazing Spider-Man Family #3 (out this December) features my debut Spider-Man story!!!

Cool stuff. You are one of the only bloggers to capture the fashion show this year. Looking forward to your coverage of the show itself.

Will you do an illustration to summarize the show?
