Truffles at Artisanal Premium Cheese Center!
Here’s my take on the custom truffles featured at the Artisanal Premium Cheese Center’s “Decadent Chocolate and Sinful Cheese with Pastry Chef Colleen Riley” last weekend. I was excited to attend this tasting; which incorporated wine, cheese, and chocolate! Photos below:
The cheese clock! After a fondue and champagne mixer, we were seated and tasted each of these with the three wines and some of the chocolates.
I thought this one was really unique – Laurier goat’s milk cheese from Vermont with bay leaves!
A shot of the whole set-up. We diligently took notes while tasting. A fun experience and worth a splurge, especially if you like your chocolate, wine, and cheese! They’re having a similar event on April 7th, details here.
