This week I was invited to an opening event at Ground Central (155 E 52nd St bet. Lexington & 3rd). It’s a cool place with a relaxed atmosphere, perfect for hanging out with friends. I loved the backroom with its comfortable couches, chairs, and book collection!

Another stop I made recently while researching midtown chocolate shops was La Maison du Chocolat at 30 Rockefeller Plaza! La Maison du Chocolat is well known for having some of the finest chocolates in the City (imported from France).

This week I got to sample a meal at Kirakuya Sake Bar (2 W 32nd St Ste 2F, NYC), courtesy of travelzoo.com. It’s an izakaya (Japanese bar/ restaurant) in the Koreatown neighborhood and has some pretty unique food.
